Well.. 1st week of tuesday Trim Down has been completed.. Last Monday I started with the healthy eating and got back in the gym and I weighed 180… now down to 175! So 5lbs in week one.. Quite happy with that! Of course that’s heavier than I’ve ever been when not pregnant still but hey.. it’s 5 lbs less than my last heaviest weight LOL.
I actually made up a meal plan for last week because usually when I start up healthy eating again after not doing it for a long time I STARVE all day long. I looked around online, combined a few meal plans, and changed them a bit to suit what we like to eat. It was nice because it’s more like 6 small meals thru the day instead of just 3 regular ones. I didn’t get hungry once! I looked up and made a new meal plan this week so hopefully it will go good as well.
We even ate out several times but I was good and got salads with no bread and such.. (even though it took me FOREVER to eat it because I hate salads to be honest LOL)
Went to the gym Mon-Friday and did 30 day shred dvd yesterday since I didn’t make it to the gym (all of my workout skirts MAY have been dirty LOL.. need to do laundry!) So.. I’m anxious to see what results I get this week

So.. I’m going to do this every tuesday for well.. AWHILE LOL. It’s come that time of year where I finally come to the realization.. WAIT for it.. it’s a BIG ONE!!
I said wait for it..
That just thinking about losing weight doesn’t work! WOW!! Hard to fathom huh? So.. I go on one of those radical trendy diets where you get results.. you know.. the one where you eat healthy and exercise more? It’s amazing how it works EVERY YEAR! Sadly enough.. about 6 months after losing it all I usually start to gain it all back. And TA DA!! I’m at that point LOL. Actually I think my body’s getting old or something. I usually plateau at a good 20 lbs less than I’m at now. I don’t change my eating habits or anything.. I just don’t gain more. This time around my body just kept gaining and kept gaining.. and I’m pretty sure it would have kept going to much higher places. AH.. the joys of getting older and not being a teenager anymore.
So.. I re-started this years trim down Sunday. I’m wondering if the trend is going to be the same as before.. I usually lose weight pretty easily once I finally set my mind to it.. however.. with my weight being so diff. than it has been every time before I don’t know what it will do this time around!
Anyway.. so Tuesday’s are going to be my day to update you guys.. (and keep accountable) So.. I’m doing this first round for 5 weeks or 35 days. It’ll take more than one round I’m sure but here’s the first one..
So.. Before weight.. 180lbs (yes.. I have no shame.. although it was 178 today)
Goal weight the usual 140 goal weight..
Before pictures.. (notice how I perfected the whole.. sad, bad picture, nasty hair so the after picture looks even more impressive style)

So.. after pictures will be coming in 5 weeks/ 35 days.. Or actually mid-trim down pictures will come in 5 weeks.. it’s going to take more than one round of this LOL. Of course the after pictures would probably be more impressive if I hadn’t done this like 3 or 4 times already but hey.. you take what you get!

Okay.. so this week’s blog assignement was to answer that question.
That’s an EASY one. The sweat.. I’m SO hot ALL OF THE TIME. ugh.. what I wouldn’t give for everyone I know to live in the mountains instead of here LOL.. (or the tropics would be nice.. I’d take the tropics too) You know it’s hot when you go camping over the weekend, come home to your house which has the A.C. set at 80 degrees and you and your husband both talk about how cool it feels inside!

I DID have 4 curtains hanging up in the living room.. .now I have 2 hanging and one mass lump of the remaining two curtains/ curtain rod. (which was actually PULLED OUT OF THE WALL BY THE SCREWS)

I’m guessing the culprit is somewhere in this picture

ahh.. the joys LOL. I’ll spare you guys the next few days of incidents… I just don’t think people believe me when I say he’s a hard one LOL. (and I’m really just talking about his temper when I say that LOL.. not even meaning this stuff!)
Lord… if we ever have another kid PLEASE let it be a girl

I’m looking at yesterday and today’s pictures and it’s very obvious that the poor kid never wears pants. Only when we leave the house does he have a pair on. Otherwise it’s a diaper or and a shirt or just a diaper.

Before I left I noticed he pulled a 12 pack of rootbeers (for the graduation party) off the top of the ice chest, busted one open and it was all over the floor) So, I cleaned that up real quick, put him in the crib for a nap (Jesse works at home.. don’t worry LOL) and Brianna and I left for piano lessons. Come home 2 hours later and Rohan’s awake so Jesse got him out of the crib and shut all the bedroom doors and stuff so he “couldn’t get into trouble” LOL
and I come home to this..

I’m not even sure HOW that happened LOL.. I’m guessing Lorien got the PB out of the fridge and then put it on the countertop and Rohan saw it, pushed the ice chest over so he could stand up and enjoyed himself.
